What is Ultrasonography:
Medical sonography (ultrasonography) is an ultrasound-based diagnostic
medical imaging technique used to visualize muscles, tendons, and many internal organs, their
size, structure and any pathological lesions with real time tomographic images. They are also
used to visualize a fetus during routine and emergency prenatal care. Ultrasound scans are
performed by medical health care professionals called sonographers.
Obstetric sonography is commonly used during pregnancy. Ultrasound has been used to
image the human body for at least 50 years. It is one of the most widely used diagnostic
tools in modern medicine. The technology is relatively inexpensive and portable,
especially when compared with modalities such as magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)
and computed tomography (CT). |

Spiral CT Scan |
| |
|
| |
 |
The major advantage of spiral scanning compared to the traditional shoot-and-step approach, is speed; a large volume can be covered in 20-60 seconds. This is advantageous for a number or reasons:
1) Often the patient can hold their breath for the entire study, reducing motion artifacts, 2) It allows for more optimal use of intravenous contrast enhancement. 3) The study is quicker than the equivalent conventional CT permitting the use of higher resolution acquisitions in the same study time. The data obtained from spiral CT is often well-suited for 3D imaging because of the lack of motion mis-registration and the increased out of plane resolution.
These major advantages led to the rapid rise of helical CT as the most popular type of CT technology . |

We are providing procedures for following parts with clear reports |
| |
 |
- Brain
- Orbit
- Cella
- Para Nasal Sinuses
- Neck
- Chest
- Abdomen ( Upper / Lower / Pelvis )
- Whole Abdomen
- Dorsal Spine
- Lumbar Spine
- Whole Spine survey
- Joint Extremeties ( Specify Reason – suggested by consent physician )
- Other studies ( depends on patient condition ., suggested by physician )

|
Note: The above procedures will be taken either PLAIN / CONTRAST or both, that depends on diagnosis. |

MRI ( Magnetic Resonance Imaging ) |
| |
|
| |
 |
Why would your doctor order an MRI? Because the only way to see inside your
body any better is to cut you open.
MRI is ideal for:
- Diagnosing multiple sclerosis (MS)
- Diagnosing tumors of the pituitary gland and brain
- Diagnosing infections in the brain, spine or joints
- Visualizing torn ligaments in the wrist, knee and ankle
- Visualizing shoulder injuries
- Diagnosing tendonitis
- Evaluating masses in the soft tissues of the body
- Evaluating bone tumors, cysts and bulging or herniated discs in the spine
- Diagnosing strokes in their earliest stages
These are but a few of the many of reasons to perform an MRI scan |
